


Our first trio of ostriches (that's one male and two females) arrived on the farm in 1995. Since then we have been on a massive learning curve.
Our mission was to provide the best ostrich meat in terms of fillet, steaks, high quality burgers, sausages and special recipe products to the market place.
Working from our secluded farm in the heart of Nottinghamshire we continue to source and supply ostrich and other exotic meats for our customers to enjoy.
