You can also purchase our exotic meats at our shop in Borough Market, London on a weekly basis. Christmas trading times at Borough Market . . . We are trading on Thursday 22nd December, Friday 23rd and Saturday 24th December. We are closed Friday 30th and Saturday 31st and will return to the market on Friday 6th and Saturday 7th January 2012.
